Snow!

Last Thursday we got about 5 inches of snow which was enough for Stephen to work from home Friday and for Thomas not to go to daycare. Little did we know what was in store...

This, folks: 

Starting early Sunday morning, we got 12-13 inches of snow. It wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't also accompanied by up to -30degree temps! It was bitter, bitter, bitter cold. We lost power Sunday evening and had to spend the night at my parents house. Monday morning the power came back on and we had to host Stephen's cousin's family- Amy, her husband Rick, their 2 large sheep dogs, and cat! Needless to say, it was a very full house. Luckily, their power came back on mid day Tuesday.
