Lately, his favorite thing to do is flip over on his stomach immediately after being laid down. He then flails around doing the superman pose (arms and legs in the air) while trying to figure out how on earth to move. He figures out that he needs to bend his legs but doesn't move his arms, so he does not end up going anywhere. Today we put him in the johnny jump up and the poor kid was swimming in it but seemed to enjoy it for a short period of time. His naps are getting shorter and less frequent and he has become more needy for us... so trying to get anything accomplished while he is awake is very difficult. What else... We tried a little rice cereal in his bottle earlier this month, but stopped when he was having a tough time pooping.
Thomas is still sleeping at night like a champ. He goes down around 7p-715p and sleeps for 11 hours or more. Most nights, however, we have to hear him pout about the fact that he has to go to bed (see below). When he sticks his fat lip out like that, Stephen and I can't help but laugh our asses off.
